AI Usage and Top-ups
Each plan includes a monthly dollar allowance of AI usage. Need more? Buy a prepaid pack: it carries forward month to month while you are subscribed, and bigger packs earn a bonus. Turn on auto top-up and set a spend limit so work never stops unexpectedly.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do your prices include GST?
No. Every price on this page is in Australian dollars and excludes GST. Australian customers pay 10% GST on top, so Solo is A$550, Team is A$1,100 and Business is A$2,200 a month including GST. You receive a tax invoice each month.
What is AI usage?
AI usage is the dollar amount of AI work your plan includes each month. Every task your dedicated AI runs draws on it, metered in Australian dollars at Agentive's published usage rates and shown per task in your Usage and Costs dashboard. Quick answers cost cents; deep multi-step work costs more. The allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
What happens when I use up my monthly AI usage?
Your dedicated AI uses the plan allowance first, then any prepaid AI usage, then metered usage at the same published rates with no penalty rate. Every plan has a default spend limit of 200% of the allowance, which you can raise or lower at any time. If you reach the limit, new tasks pause until you raise it or top up.
What is a skill set?
A preconfigured bundle of skills for one role, such as Accounting, Bookkeeping or Executive Assistant. Your dedicated AI arrives already set up for that role and connected to the relevant tools. Core skills for documents, email and reports are included in every plan.
Will my price go up?
Your plan price is locked for 12 months from the day you subscribe. After that, we give at least 30 days' notice of any change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Where is my data kept?
On a dedicated, single-tenant AWS server in Australia, protected under Australian privacy law. Your server is never shared with another customer and your data is never used to train AI models. See our privacy policy for full details.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month to month with no lock-in contract. Cancel anytime and your server is decommissioned at the end of your billing period.
Do I need a separate ChatGPT or Claude subscription?
No. AI usage is included in your plan and Agentive manages the AI infrastructure for you.
